siffron has world-class facilities to meet the demand for first-class solutions. We have manufacturing plants in Illinois and China with the ability and capacity to respond within the various time constraints of our customers.

Wire & Metal

Fabrication and Production

  • ○ The siffron Rockford manufacturing
facility in Rockford, IL, provides affordable, domestic resources for wire and metal products.
  • ○ The factory utilizes both automatic
and semi-automatic wire forming
machines, including in-line welding
capabilities, and has a wide-ranging
library of existing tools and forms.
  • ○ In 2018, siffron invested nearly $3 million in upgrades to the factory. The investment includes:
  • ○ Advanced hook forming machines
  • ○ High-speed mesh and grid welders
  • ○ Robotic MIG welders

Plastics Facilities

Extrusion & Injection Molding

  • ○ siffron’s Chicago main plastic extrusion and molding facility features 24 extrusion lines, including water and air-cooled machines, along with six injection molding machines.
  • ○ siffron recently opened another Chicago-area facility and is adding an additional 14 extruders to meet growing demand for ESL holders
  • ○ Features:
  • ○ Mono-, co- and tri- extrusion
(16 co-extruders ¾” to 1 ¾”)
  • ○ In-house die/tool build
  • ○ Inventory capacity 2,000 pallet positions
  • ○ Shipping capacity - 4 Docks
