Using the same ModoShelf™ design that is fully NSF-certified, the plastic tile construction allows for easy disassembly to quickly and efficiently maintain cleaning protocols for equipment that comes into direct food contact regularly. The lightweight design also allows it to be setup easily by one person, without sacrificing strength and durability as each shelf is weight-rated to 150 pounds.
