1. What happened?

a. On August 3, 2017, a final purchase agreement was executed between FFR Merchandising, Inc. and Southern Imperial, Inc. Going forward, the combined entity will assume the name siffron™.

2. What is siffron?

a. While both the FFR and Southern Imperial brands carried their own unique brand identity, we captured the strengths of both brands and created a unified company, siffron.

3. ­Will the FFR and Southern Imperial brands still exist?

a. No. We leveraged the unique strengths of each brand to create a single brand, siffron.

4. What will change for me?

a. As of December 3, 2018, you will work directly with siffron.

5. Will I maintain my current contacts at FFR and Southern Imperial?

a. We have realigned our sales, customer service, and support teams across the entire company to provide better coverage to our customers as siffron.

6. How does the change impact how I place my orders?

a. You will place your orders with siffron. If you had a web account with FFR.com, your account has transferred to siffron.com. If you had an account with southernimperial.com and did not have an FFR.com account, you will need to register a new account with siffron.com.

7. Will there be any changes to how I receive my invoices and make payments?

a. As of December 3, 2018, you will receive invoices from siffron and make payments to siffron.
