One of the primary features of Kwik-Set that makes it stand out from competitive products is a feature called “Center-Push”. The Kwik-Set pusher track can be placed anywhere between the dividers to be situated at the optimum position for the product it is facing. Center-Push provides consistent center-of-product force for most packaging shapes and styles including round and irregularly-shaped products, and minimizes need for multiple pushers on large products.

The proper positioning of the pusher on the product reduces the coefficient of friction and unnecessary drag on the track to provide optimum performance.

Full-Fence Kwik-Set™ System

Asset Protection
The Anti-Sweep Shelf Cover, in combination with the Full-Fence Kwik-Set pusher, provides an exceptional tool to prevent product sweep at the shelf level.

The cover is adjustable and restricts access to only the first few items on the shelf. Use the Slow-Feed Pusher Track to slowly face product. This adds an additional delay to product access, further diminishing the opportunity for sweep.

Kwik-Set™ for Round Product Packaging

Curved Product Stops are available as divider product stops or track product stops depending on the specific use case. Heights of 2” and 3” are also available to accommodate the heights of the products being merchandised. Additionally, a stabilizer rail can be used to keep dividers in place and prevent splaying of the dividers when fully loaded with products.

Slow-Feed Kwik-Set™ Pusher

Kwik-Set Slow-Feed Pushers are designed to face fragile and/or stacked product on a shelf, such as wine, baby food, tea, and more. Slow-Feed Pushers use a special spring dampener to decelerate the pusher and make merchandise move forward at a much slower pace than standard pusher systems.

Kwik-Set™ for Freezer

Kwik-Set for Freezers is designed to withstand temperatures at -18˚C (0˚ F) or lower. The wide base track provides support for boxed or bagged product. Kwik-Set for Freezers keeps product faced to the front of the shelf, making it easier for customers to view and find products without needing to open the freezer doors, saving energy costs.

Kwik-Set™ with Drop-In Roller-Track™

The unique and flexible design of the Drop-In Roller Track allows for heavier weight products to be faced easily standard pusher spring tensions. Kwik-Set™ Narrow

Kwik-Set Narrow features a reduced width pusher paddle to be able to face and organize very small products. Use in conjunction with the end dividers instead of standard center dividers and a four-foot shelf will be able to hold and face up to 32 facings across the shelf.

Kwik-Set™ with Extenda-Track™

Extenda-Track works by using a recessed paddle-pusher to allow for more merchandising space on each pusher track. This also allows for retailers to increase merchandising space in odd increment depths (13”, 15”, etc.)

Kwik-Set™ for Tortillas

Kwik-Set Wide-based Angled Paddle provides additional surface area for round or odd-shaped merchandise, such as hard/soft flour tortillas.
The angle of the paddle can also be adjusted to various points to better accommodate different product shapes and sizes.
