The Baffle System is designed to optimize display performance in open-air or well-style refrigerated cases, where cold air circulation and product visibility are critical. It works with SaladRack tray depths from 13″ to 21″ and fits grid widths such as 48″ W.

By guiding air flow and creating defined display lanes, the baffle system helps product remain front-faced, maintains planogram integrity and supports high-turn merchandising without compromising shelf appearance.
