Using simple audible alerts and a Smart Key unlock process, KeyLink™ allows associates to assist customers quickly and remotely without disrupting store flow or requiring power at the shelf. The Smart Lock Solution - How it works:

Step 1: Customer presses button to notify staff of desired case access

Step 2: KeyLink™ Puck, located up to 75’ away, beeps and alerts employee

Step 3: Employee taps puck with RFID card to grant access to case

Step 4: Case unlocks with audible beep notification allowing customer to open gate and retrieve product. Doors close automatically (and will alarm if door is obstructed.
